van on back of truck after breaking down and not re starting.

Old van engine after it was removed due to stuck injectors.

Van with the front totaly removed inc headlights.

The van was eventualy returned to me after being off the road for over a month with a new engine . it was then back in the garage for another day as they returned it to me with a turbo air intake hose that was split in half and told me it was supposed to be making this new whooshing noise and a new hose was fitted at another garage that new what they were doing .

the whole thing was a complete disaster.

This is what i found after lifting a floor board as the floor was bouncy.
The floor had to go plus the joist ends next.

New joists resting on a new wall plate with a new damp proof barrier.

New joists bolted alongside existing joists that have had any rott removed and sprayed with preservative.

New floor completed .

Shelving for shoes
This was a lost space until i cut a hole under the stair and found a large space suitable for storage
so i framed it up and fitted a 4 panel grained door and shelved it out.

Step 2 apply a bead of putty around the frame against the glass then with

a putty knife run it around the edge against the glass at an angle then

smooth of with your finger .
